Once you have met certain requirements based upon your Teams Growth, then and only then do we suggest that you join the next business “Out of Profit, and Not Out of Pocket”. As your Team Members do the same, you will be producing additional streams of income (paychecks). Our goal is to have all Team Members profiting from multiple streams of residual income from the Membership side of each company. There are some companies that for the membership fee you get access to a service. There are some companies that have products that you can sell, once you are paying their monthly membership fees. For these companies if a Team Member likes this or any particular company product, they can sell them for an additional stream of income. But remember that "The Team Phoenix Transformation, LLC is a "Business Portfolio" company where we are concerned with the profit of the company; we are not a product driven company.

Remember: Multiple Streams Of Income "Out Of Profit And Not Out Of Pocket"

A "Business Portfolio" consists of all the assets that are included in the firm’s balance sheet. It can be individual business units also known as multiple companies. It is the individual performance of each company, which when you look at all of the company's profit that will determine the profitability or health of the entire company as a whole, which is, "The Team Phoenix Transformation, LLC".

A "Guideline Rule" is a recommendation, suggestion, advice.

A "Genealogy" refers to: On the back office of "The Team Phoenix Transformation, LLC" (http://www.ttptgroup.com) there is a tab on the back office of the website that states, "Genealogy". Genealogy is a list of your team that is direct to you at least 3 levels deep. This gives you the ability to see the structure of your team.

The following Terms and Conditions control your membership in The Team Phoenix Transformation, LLC program. You agree that you have read and understand this Agreement ("Agreement") and that your membership in The Team Phoenix Transformation, LLC program (the "Program") shall be subject to the following Terms and Conditions between you (the "Member") and The Team Phoenix Transformation LLC,. These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time by The Team Phoenix Transformation, LLC. Please review them from time to time since your ongoing use is subject to the terms and conditions as modified. Your continued participation in The Team Phoenix Transformation, LLC after such modification shall be deemed to be your acceptance of any such modification. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not register to become a member of The Team Phoenix Transformation, LLC. Terms of Participation
No members are allowed to set up any contracts and/or accounts in The Team Phoenix Transformation, LLC name. Any accounts that are authorized to be set up would have to a Notarized agreement by the Founder, James A. Bobo. Anyone setting up any contracts or accounts without a written Notarized authorization, will be 100% responsible for the contracts and or accounts, they will be terminated from the company, and prosecuted for fraud.
The company Logo for The Team Phoenix Transformation, LLC may not be used on any advertisement. Any advertisement that is authorized will have to a Notarized agreement by the Founder, James A. Bobo. Any Member that uses the company Logo for advertisement without proper authorization will All Genealogy position(s) may be canceled in The Team Phoenix Transformation, LLC.
Member must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Members must provide The Team Phoenix Transformation, LLC with accurate, complete and updated registration information, including an accurate name, mailing address and email address.
To the full extent allowed by applicable law, The Team Phoenix Transformation, LLC at its sole discretion and for any or no reason may refuse to accept applications for membership.
We reserve the right to add or delete material within this site, and make changes to the services and this agreement without notice.
Members may not select or use an Email Address of another person; (ii) use a name subject to rights of another person without authorization from that person; (iii) use a false or misleading name, mailing address, or email address to activate or use a Member account. By signing up for The Team Phoenix Transformation, LLC program, Member is opting-in to receive other special offer emails from The Team Phoenix Transformation, LLC. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may cancel your account anytime.
The Team Phoenix Transformation, LLC reserves the right to track Member's activity by both IP Address as well as individual browser activity.
The Team Phoenix Transformation, LLC has the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel, at any time and for any or no reason, a Member's membership in and access to The Team Phoenix Transformation, LLC Website and The Team Phoenix Transformation, LLC program. All Genealogy position(s) may be canceled in The Team Phoenix Transformation, LLC sole discretion, and the Member may be referred to appropriate law enforcement agencies if such action is deemed warranted by The Team Phoenix Transformation, LLC. Member agrees not to abuse his or her membership privileges by acting in a manner inconsistent with this Agreement. Member agrees not to participate in any fraudulent behavior of any kind.
The Team Phoenix Transformation, LLC shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of its rules. Any decision The Team Phoenix Transformation, LLC makes relating to the cancellation of all Genealogy position(s) and the termination of membership shall be final and binding.
Spamming is strictly prohibited. Any spamming done to advertise The Team Phoenix Transformation, LLC will result in immediate termination of your Genealogy position/ account. Incidents will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
Members are encouraged to Report spam and other abuse through the company email, Theteamphoenixtransformation@gmail.com, Please include the entire spam email with headers.
Joining The Team Phoenix Transformation, LLC is free for everyone. The staff has dedicated many hours and/or resources to keep The company debt-free and running. Therefore, once each member has 63 people direct to them, they will roll up the next 6 people to The staff. This roll up of 6 people will continue every increment of 63 people becoming direct to them, i.e., 63 (roll up 6), 126 (roll up 6), 189 (rollup 6), etc.. This is a small donation to return for the dedication of the staff. As Members get to the company "Business Plan" of at least Level 7, there may be more roll ups donated to Non-Profit Organizations or during startup, less than a 1,000 people, the company may redirect roll ups to help with the stability of the company and its members.>
Every member's first two recruits must be able to actively work the business. It is strictly against policy for members to manipulate the roll up system by using "lame ducks". "Lame ducks" are recruits that a member believes and/or suspects incapable of working the business successfully. "Lame ducks" can be FICTICTIOUS and/or NON-ACTIVE. Recruits signed up only to fulfill the 2 person roll up quota and not actually work the business are considered FICTICTIOUS. Recruits who are inactive and/or non communicative for 5 business days or more are considered NON-ACTIVE.
If you believe that you received any "Lame Ducks" as roll ups, please FIRST contact your recruit as soon as possible. If, within 2 days, the problem has not been solved contact the company through your sponsor immediately.
Member's discontinued participation in The Team Phoenix Transformation, LLC program or failure to notify The Team Phoenix Transformation, LLC of any address (mailing or email) changes may result in the termination of Member's membership. Member shall comply with all laws, rules, and regulations that are applicable to Member. Member acknowledges that Member may only participate in The Team Phoenix Transformation LLC program if and to the extent that such participation is permitted by such laws, rules, and regulations for their physical living area. If member objects to any of the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, or any subsequent modifications to this agreement, or becomes dissatisfied with the Program, Member's only recourse is to immediately discontinue participation in The Team Phoenix Transformation, LLC program and properly terminate his or her membership.
In such as event that The Team Phoenix Transformation, LLC decides to terminate its' operations, its Owner, creator, employees, operators, and successors shall not be held liable for any loss whatsoever to our members or affiliates.
Members Genealogy position / account will be immediately terminated for the following type of advertisement: selling, providing or linking to unlicensed content, pornography, hacking or spamming software, or any materials endorsing violence, hatred, revenge, racism, victimization, or criminal activity. The Team Phoenix Transformation, LLC at its sole discretion has the final decision on any advertisement.
We make no claims or guarantees on how much money you can make with our program. Your ability to earn depends on a number of factors, which some includes you and your down line time and motivation to the business, to build and train your team and make sales. Individual results may vary.
Members must understand that all payments will be made through 3rd party payment processors, not The Team Phoenix Transformation, LLC or any of its affiliates and any problems that you have concerning payment should be taken up with your respective merchant account provider.
Member's role as an affiliate marketer does not constitute a partnership, or employer / employee relationship, and affiliates are considered independent contractors, and therefore you are responsible for your own bookkeeping, taxes, and reporting, where applicable.
Any disputes and / or Lawsuits will be resolved in the county of Spartanburg South Carolina.
The Laws of South Carolina will interpret the contract and any disputes will be handle by the courts of South Carolina.
Indemnification:
The Team Phoenix Transformation, LLC does not guarantee that you will have success by signing up with our company or following the example of our company "Business Plan". Since our company is a "Business Portfolio", which is made up of several companies, there are too many variables to guarantee success.

MEMBER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT MEMBER'S SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, The Team Phoenix Transformation, LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, CUSTOM OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. The Team Phoenix Transformation, LLC MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE PROGRAM OR ANY TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE PROGRAM.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER The Team Phoenix Transformation, LLC NOR ANY OF ITS MEMBERS, SUBSIDIARIES, PUBLISHERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS OR EMPLOYEES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR FOR THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES OR RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE PROGRAM OR RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF USER'S TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, The Team Phoenix Transformation, LLC uses appropriate industry standard procedures to safeguard the confidentiality of Member's personal information, such as firewall, encryption, token authentication, application proxies, monitoring technology, and adaptive analysis of the Website's traffic to track abuse of The Team Phoenix Transformation, LLC Website and its data. However, no data transmitted over the Internet can be 100% secure. As a result, while The Team Phoenix Transformation, LLC strives to protect its Members personal information, The Team Phoenix Transformation, LLC cannot guarantee the security of any information that Members transmit to or from the participating advertisers/merchants and Member does so at his/her own risk. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between Member and The Team Phoenix Transformation, LLC in connection with general membership in The Team Phoenix Transformation, LLC program and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. If any provision of this AGREEMENT is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions of this AGREEMENT will remain in force. No failure of either party to exercise or enforce any of its rights under this AGREEMENT will act as a waiver of such rights.

PAY IT FORWARD

Pay It Forward (PIF) is an initiative to help those individuals who might be unable to join the first opportunity under The Team Phoenix Transformation, LLC out of pocket. The initial startup cost for a particular group may be donated by the owner but must eventually be assumed by that particular group. If the group starts as a PIF group, then all members that join that group must participate within the PIF. The PIF has two step process to support the financial stability of the program.

Step 1:
Each Member will recruit a person for the company (Team Phoenix assigned position) and build a team under that new position to help Team Phoenix earn funds to cover the cost for the PIF. Therefore each member will be required to recruit 5 members to start the process of earning multiple streams of income out of Profit and Not Out Pocket.

Step 2:
By enrolling in the PIF program you are required to get into all 15 accounts in the first opportunity “Out Of Profit and Not Out Of Pocket” to support the company in its finances for the PIF program. Failure to support Team Phoenix by not getting the additional accounts, your Team Phoenix Account may be terminated for violating these terms.

Sponsor Program

If you are chosen to participate in the sponsor program in which you will gain members from another group. This will allow you the opportunity to make finances from this process. The Sponsor Program has a two-step process:

Step 1:
You will have Team Members placed under you to help you gain finances in the different accounts and businesses that Team Phoenix is working with.

Step 2:
Once you have started making money from this process your goal is to attract two people in your warm market. One member will be placed under you and the other member will be placed under the company position. You will guide both of these individuals in supporting the Team Phoenix PIF Business Plan by recruiting 5 new members each.
